• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Orders are eligible for cancellation only if they have not yet been shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times may vary depending on location and courier services.

• Delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

• Our products are eligible for return or exchange only in cases of defect or damage. Returns or exchanges for any other reasons are not accepted.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@tiffragrance.com. Include an unboxing video and photos of the product and packaging to support your claim.

• If the package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.

• We perform quality checks before shipping, but in rare cases of issues, we will assist you promptly.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only for eligible claims of damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item (if applicable).

• Return shipping costs for approved claims will be covered or reimbursed by us.

• Partial refunds may be issued if the returned item is not in its original condition.

• All prices are listed in the currency specified on the website and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
