Important Shipping Restriction
Because our products contain alcohol, they cannot be shipped through air courier services and must be transported via surface shipping only. This may affect delivery timelines compared to standard shipments.
Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue promptly, include an unboxing video and clear pictures of the product along with its original packaging.
Refunds
Our products are eligible for return or exchange only in cases of defect or damage. Returns or exchanges for any other reasons are not accepted.
Cancellation
